Mr. Siu has extensive experience as counsel for Hong Kong Government, Office of the Commissioner for Securities & Commodities Trading (the predecessor of the Securities & Futures Commission) and international business corporations such as China Light & Power Company, Limited and MTR Corporation Limited and held multiple positions in the large family offices, fund houses and financial institutions.
